Q. When will my order ship? 

         Our standard processing time is normally 3-5 business days BEFORE shipping, however these times may be extended due to high volume, sales, etc. Please understand that processing time is the time it takes for us to create your order. Business Days do not include Saturday and Sunday. We offer over 20 colors, so most of our decals are made to order. 

Q. How long does shipping take?


                     Domestic Standard shipping times via USPS First class mail are 2-6 business days depending on your location. If you need your Nail Printz sooner, you will have the option to upgrade your shipping at checkout. Please note that upgrades apply to shipping only. Standard processing times remain. You will receive a shipment notification via email as soon as your order leaves our facility. 


                 International shipping times are 7-21 business days. You will receive a shipment notification via email as soon as your order leaves our facility. 


             Once a package leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the USPS. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Due to the current pandemic, there may be shipping delays which are completely beyond our control. If a package is returned to us due to incorrect shipping address provided, the customer will be responsible for the reship fees. 

Q. How do I know that you received my order?

       You will receive an order confirmation as soon as you place your order. If you have not received the confirmation email, please check your SPAM. You will receive another notification email as soon as your order has shipped.  Please be sure to enter your contact details correctly at checkout

Q. Can I DM you on Instagram about my order?

      Due to high volume, we are unable to respond to Instagram messages. Please direct ALL order inquiries, questions, comments, etc to hello@nailprintz.com. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response. 

Q. I'm looking for a custom sheet, can you help me? 

      Absolutely! We love custom designs. Simply shoot us an email at hello@nailprintz.com and we'll see what we can "cut" up for you. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response. 

Q. How do I apply my Nail Printz? 

       Each Nail Printz order comes with a handy dandy instruction card! Here's how to apply your decals:

                  1) Apply 2 coats of polish as normal. 

                  2) Apply a clear top coat

                  3) Using tweezers, carefully remove the decal from the sheet.

                  4) Apply the decal to the nail and press down firmly. 

                   5) Apply 1-2 coats of clear top coat polish

It's that easy! 
**Decals may also be encapsulated**
Q. How do I use my glow in the dark Printz? 
    -Your glow in the dark printz must be charged or "activated" prior to use. They can be charged under artificial light or sunlight. The longer the are charged, the longer they will glow!
    -For maximum effect, place nails under UV/LED nail lamp. 

Q. What is your return policy?

      Due to the nature of our items, all sales are FINAL and there are no refunds. However, customer service is our top priority and we want you to be thrilled with your Nail Printz! If there is an issue with your order, please contact us ASAP at hello@nailprintz.com. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response.   


**Please note that some of your decals may arrive unweeded (with the top layer still attached). This is to keep the decals on the sheet and protect them during shipment. When you're ready to slay your next nail design, simply use tweezers to remove the decal from the sheet.**
